CustomCare MD is proud to welcome Dr. John Horinger to our concierge medical team in Cleveland, Ohio. A lifelong Ohioan, Dr. Horinger has been caring for patients throughout the region for more than a decade. His prior experience includes providing primary care with Lake Health and later with University Hospitals, where he built strong relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
Dr. Horinger believes the best care begins with understanding each patient as a whole person — their goals, challenges, and unique story. He takes time to get to know those he serves, working in true partnership to create thoughtful, individualized plans for long-term wellness.
