Enjoy longer visits with your doctor — follow-ups are at least 30 minutes, and comprehensive new patient physicals can last up to two hours.

CustomCare MD is not a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. Our hybrid model is designed to provide comprehensive service and value.
The Annual Membership Fee: This fee covers services not reimbursed by insurance, such as 24/7 direct physician access, extended appointments, and personalized care coordination.
Health Insurance: All members are required to maintain health insurance. We will bill your insurance directly for all medically necessary office visits, lab tests, specialist care, and hospitalizations. Co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance required by your plan remain your responsibility.
