Dr. Rick Tomm is the founder of CustomCare MD and a pioneer of concierge medicine in Northeast Ohio. For more than two decades, he has advanced a model of care that prioritizes physician access, time, and in-depth patient relationships.

Dr. John Horinger brings more than a decade of experience in primary care to CustomCare MD in Cleveland, Ohio. A lifelong Ohioan, he has earned the trust of patients across the region through his work with Lake Health and University Hospitals. His approach centers on understanding each patient as a whole person and building lasting partnerships for better health.
Family and Adult/Geriatric Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
Susan Flick, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family and adult-geriatric nurse practitioner (ANCC and AANP). She completed training at University of Akron (BSN) and Ursuline College (MSN). Retiring after 25 years of practice at University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center and Urology Institute, Sue joined Custom Care MD in 2021. She is an oft-requested national and local speaker.
Sue is known as a compassionate provider, committed to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and education. Outside of work, she loves travel, volunteering, reading, gardening, enjoying nature and spending time with her family.
Registered Medical Assistant
Jeannie Widdowson is a Registered Medical Assistant with over thirty years of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, and urology. Her background includes both clinical and administrative responsibilities, from preparing patients for examinations and performing phlebotomy to managing patient records for the office.
She is dedicated to providing compassionate and efficient care to ensure a positive and comforting experience for every patient. In her free time, Jeannie enjoys bowling and spending time with her family.
Office Manager
Sherry Nola is our Office Manager and comes to Custom Care MD with twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, most recently with University Hospitals providing direct support to physicians and patients alike. Her education and training are in business administration and finance.
As a native Clevelander coming from a large family, Sherry enjoys hosting and attending family get togethers, the outdoors and nature. She and her husband and family – including their two dogs – live in Chagrin Falls.
